A small addition with big impact to a double-storey heritage dwelling in South Yarra.

The small scale of the addition meant the design is all in the details such as the stepped reveals into new steel windows.

A soft and relaxed pallette of bone colours with hand-worked cement render does not overpower the small space and instead celebrates the strong, simple form of the building.
