Albert Park
An addition to a heritage terrace house in Albert Park.
A significant amount of program has been included into this slim site, while accounting for over-shadowing, over-looking, heritage concerns, and outdoor space.
Painted bricks reference the existing front house’s heritage although used in a clearly modern way to differentiate the two spaces. A central light-court provides light as well as setting off the new addition from the existing to give it room to breath and be celebrated.
Currently in early design.
